Hey Wolf Pack,

I’m Oliver Aguirre. I began at Smidt in 2013 as an ELA teacher, and since I’ve been the Dean of Students and now I am an Assistant Principal. 

I’m very proud to have been born and lived in Lincoln Heights. Before there was a Smidt, my father and three older brothers graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School. However, if there was a Smidt when my brothers were going to school, I know I would not have been the first to graduate from college in my family since all three of them would have.

So here’s to all the families we’ve been here for and all the families that we will be here for: Adelante!
