Balti Rodriguez is the Dean of Students and a long-time staff member at Smidt Tech High.

Dedicated to student success, he plays a key role in fostering a supportive and positive school environment.

A lifelong athlete, Balti is a former soccer coach, an Ironman finisher, and a devoted LA Galaxy fan. Outside of sports, he channels his energy into music as a member of a punk band.

He remains passionate about guiding students and contributing to the Smidt Tech Wolf Pack!
